Shifting, reconfiguring, reconsidering

The deeper I move into spring, the more I desire to slow down. I am shifting, reconfiguring, and reconsidering my approach to and rhythm with, well, everything — including my practice.

inside voice wants to shape into something else/more/different. I'm not quite sure yet what that is exactly, but I'm craving more time and space to step back, listen and receive, rather than to push forward and produce.

I'm adjusting my offerings and availability to accommodate this shift, as well as the various projects that I'm balancing at the moment (a few of which I mention in my last newsletter).

What does this mean for you? My availability for the next couple of months — at least, into late summer — will be very limited (if we are working together in a three or six-session container, we will discuss a schedule that works best for us both). I may pause my newsletter for a little bit, as well (though you can access my previous newsletters, prompts & other free offerings here.)

I am also more explicitly offering sliding scale rates — this has always been available, though I'm playing with a different approach in an effort to make the process easier for those who need this flexibility. You can see the change reflected in the notes of each offering here.

When my books are wider open, you'll be the first to know if you subscribe to my email newsletter! For now, I look forward to working with you during the current window of time. Thank you for following along and for supporting me.
